Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what data Fus1on Studios - an individual operating as a sole proprietorship based in Alberta, Canada - collects through fus1on.host and the products that use it for sign-in (the "Service"), why, and how it's used, shared, and protected. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

• Account data - your name, email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in readable form).
• License & billing data - license keys you own, their tier and status, and your Stripe customer/subscription ID. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Connected app data - which Fus1on Studios products you've signed into with your account, and when. If a license was activated on a Discord server through a connected product like Overseer, that record may include a Discord server ID and Discord user ID, submitted by that product.
• Support & contact content - support tickets (including message threads) and contact form messages you submit.
• Reseller application data - company name and details you submit if you apply to the Reseller Program.
• Usage & log data - basic technical logs (e.g. IP address for rate-limiting abuse) for reliability, security, and debugging.

• To operate and provide the Service - accounts, single sign-on, licensing, billing, and support.
• To communicate with you - verification emails, billing notices, support replies.
• To improve the Service and diagnose problems.
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse.

• Stripe - payment processing and billing.
• MongoDB Atlas - database hosting.
• Resend - transactional email delivery (verification, password reset, support/contact notifications).
• Discord - incoming webhook notifications only (e.g. new support ticket alerts to our own team); we don't use Discord to sign you into this site.
• Cloudflare - hosting infrastructure and DNS.
• Connected products (e.g. Overseer) - basic profile data (account ID, name, email, verification status) when you approve a sign-in connection, as described in our Terms.

We don't sell your data to anyone.

We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in (session cookies) and to support the sign-in flow for connected products (short-lived interaction cookies during the "Sign in with Fus1on Studios" process). We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

We keep account, license, and billing data for as long as your account is active plus a reasonable period afterward, or until you request deletion. Support tickets and contact messages may be retained longer for our own records unless deletion is requested.

Under PIPEDA, you can request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for the personal information we hold about you via Contact Us or a support ticket. If you're located outside Canada, you may have additional rights under your own local laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) - reach out and we'll do our best to help regardless of where you're located.

We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We use reasonable technical measures (encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access-controlled admin tooling) to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure and we can't guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
